Does my order come with tracking?
All shipments are tracked and you will receive your tracking number via email after the order is dispatched.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t at home, the delivery driver will leave the goods at the front or back door if the recipient isn't home and if there is a safe place to do so.
If we are unable to deliver to the address, the order is returned to base. We can re-deliver the order at a charge of 50% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge.
Note: Please ensure that you always write your correct suburb, post code and full address in the postage address during orders. We are unable to refund an order if it doesn't arrive due to an incomplete or incorrect address.How much does a re-delivery cost?

Yes we do deliver to apartments and units. Please clearly note the unit number when placing the order. Please ensure that the recipient is home to accept the delivery. If the building is secured, and the driver cannot get in, then the box will be returned to us and there will be a redelivery fee plus 50% cost of the box charged.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.Do you deliver on weekends?

Most packaged items can be stored in room temperature. If you are unsure on how to store your boxed goods, please give us a call and we will advise.Do your boxes have nuts or traces of nuts?

Our cut off is 12 midnight Sydney EST time the day prior to delivery for Sydney.
For Monday deliveries, all orders need to be placed by Friday 12pm Sydney EST.

Orders can be cancelled prior to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation of order incurs a $50.00 administrative fee regardless of box value. Money will be refunded less this fee.
